Important things to remember when booking a party

• All deposits are non-refundable
• Parties can be rescheduled for free if its reschedule up to 2 days before the party
• If rescheduled within the 48 hours of the party a $50 fee will be applied
• All guests, jumpers and non-jumpers are required to sign a waiver
• Additional Jumpers: $27.99 – $29.99
• Pizza orders must be placed by Thursday night, we can not add or change the order after that.
• Please have a final count of your guests at least one day before the event, we can not downsize the party package day of.
• Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the booked time.
• Party packages include one Golden Ticket and a t-shirt for the birthday kid, additional birthday kid is $50.
• Parties that go past their allotted time will be charged an addition fee.
• Parties must be paid in full before your jump time begins.
• Fridays are subject to weekend pricing, to book a party on Fridays please select a weekend package.

All packages are tailored for the children and children only, if you would like additional water/juices for the adults or other additional party guests there will be an additional charge.
